1. Who we are

Pluh is a game for iPhone made by Ilya Pavlov under the NYKYTAP name ("we"). This policy covers the Pluh app only. For anything about it, write to [email protected].

2. The short version

  • Pluh has no account, no sign-in, no ads and no in-app purchases.
  • We never ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
  • We do not use the advertising identifier and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
  • The app sends anonymous usage statistics and crash reports so we can see how the game is played and fix what breaks.

3. What stays on your iPhone

Your progress (which shapes you have passed, your best accuracy and times), your chosen mode and your settings (music and haptics on or off) are saved on your device only. Deleting the app deletes them.

4. What the app sends, and to whom

We use these services to understand how Pluh is played, to find crashes and to adjust the game's settings:

  • Google Firebase Analytics: an app instance identifier created by Firebase, events from the game (for example a level started, passed or restarted, the accuracy and time shown, the tutorial steps, the mode switched), session length, device model, iOS version, language and app version, and an approximate location (country or region) that Google derives from your IP address.
  • Google Firebase Crashlytics: when the app crashes or hits an error, a crash report with the stack trace, the screen it happened on, device model, iOS version and a Crashlytics installation identifier.
  • Google Firebase Remote Config: when the app starts, it asks for current game settings (such as time limits and accuracy thresholds), sending a Firebase installation identifier, app version, iOS version and language.
  • Amplitude: the same kind of game events and session information, sent with Apple's identifier for vendors (a random identifier that is the same only across our own apps on your device), device model, iOS version, language and app version. Amplitude derives an approximate location from your IP address.

None of this is linked to your name or any account, because Pluh has none. We use it only for analytics, to fix problems and to tune the game. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers or use it to show ads.

These providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms: Firebase privacy and Amplitude privacy. Their servers may be located outside your country, including in the United States.

5. How long it is kept

Firebase keeps analytics events for no more than 14 months and Crashlytics keeps crash reports for 90 days, then deletes them. We keep Amplitude events only while they help us improve the game, and delete them when they no longer do.

6. Children

Pluh is rated 4+ and has nothing in it that asks for personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The data described above is anonymous and is collected the same way for every player.

7. Your choices and rights

You can stop all collection by deleting the app. If you would like us to delete analytics data related to your device, or have any question about your data, email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Changes

If the app starts collecting anything new, we will update this page and the date at the top before that version is released.
